This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong AP knowledge to take ownership of end-to-end processes, support continuous improvement, and ensure accuracy across all supplier payments.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policiesPerform reconciliations of supplier statements and resolve discrepanciesManage payment runs and maintain strong supplier relationshipsSupport month-end and year-end closing processesAssist with system/process improvements and mentor junior team membersCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries in a timely mannerRequirementsProven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a senior or analytical roleStrong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations, and reportingExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsConfident communicator with the ability to build supplier and stakeholder relationshipsProficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systemsAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectively
