Role - Locum Solicitor - SEN (Special Educational Needs) Duration - 3 - 6 Months Location - Northamptonshire Working Style - Hybrid, office presence required of 2 days per/week. G2 are working with a local authority client in the Northamptonshire area who are seeking a highly experienced SEN Solicitor to join their team for the next 3-6 months on a rolling basis. Experience/Knowledge required:Must be a fully qualified Solicitor.Must have recent local government experience in the same service.Experience of the SEN court and tribunal procedures.Experience of applying local government law, especially in relation to Education law and Judicial ReviewStrong knowledge of Freedom of Information Requests and Data Protection Act.
