HR Advisor (French, Spanish, or German speaking) Remote We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor with fluency in French, Spanish, or German to join a dynamic and supportive HR team. This role will support the business across a broad range of HR activities and play a key part in delivering high-quality HR advice to managers and employees. The Role As an HR Advisor, you will provide first-line HR guidance across employee relations, policies, and procedures, while supporting the wider HR function in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees Manage employee relations cases including absence, performance, and disciplinary matters Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Assist with policy development and HR best practice Maintain accurate HR records and systems Communicate confidently with stakeholders in French, Spanish, or German as required About You Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR role Fluency in French, Spanish, or German (written and spoken) Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join?
