You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care tailored to each individual''s needs.What you need: • Eligibility to work in the UK• A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience within the last 3 years• Registration: Applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland will require the relevant registration (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISSC). Not applicable in England• Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Qualities: Empathy, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork and the ability to deliver exceptional care
