Can I progress?

After you''ve passed your 3 month probation you will have a regular monthly meeting to discuss progression. Our current team are getting promoted to Business Development Manager within 12 - 18 months, and this will be the next step for you too.

You''ll benefit from 2 salary reviews per year, an extra bonus of -1,500 every month for hitting your "wins" and a quarterly bonus up to -4,000 every quarter, that''s not even factoring in the amount of money you''ll make in uncapped commission.

A typical deal is worth -14,000, so your taking thousands per month in commission, which is life changing.
