Building Physics Lead Façade PerformanceLocation: London Moira Basel We are seeking a Building Physics Lead to join our Façade Engineering department, supporting the design and delivery of high-performance façade systems across our UK projects. The role sits within our engineering and consultancy team, which operates as part of a façade business delivering design, detailed engineering, manufacturing and installation of façade systems. Unlike traditional consultancy roles focused purely on advisory services, this position is embedded within a fully integrated façade delivery environment, allowing performance strategies to be developed alongside practical system design and construction. Working closely with façade engineers, architects and project teams, you will provide specialist expertise on the environmental performance of the building envelope, ensuring façade designs achieve the required standards for thermal performance, moisture control, daylight, acoustics and energy efficiency. Given the critical relationship between façade performance and fire safety, this role also requires strong expertise in the fire performance of façade systems, ensuring environmental design strategies align with UK external wall fire safety requirements.
