Our 2-year Apprenticeship Programme covers all the essential skills and principles you will need to become a HSC and you''ll learn how to run an effective hire desk, including stock control and purchasing, driving sales and managing customer queries effectively whilst co-ordinating drivers to ensure customers'' needs are met. You''ll also study everything from customer service and sales skills to back office administration and credit control of a high-performing hire desk.Our Apprenticeship Programme allows you to earn as you learn: Apprentices under 18 joining our programme you will be required to work a maximum of 39 hours per week with a starting salary of 13,000 per annum.
