HR Administrator On-site 5 days - Peterborough up to £30,000 An amazing opportunity to join the HR team of a well-established, manufacturing client, based in Peterborough. The business is currently experiencing a period of transition, which will provide exposure to many different aspects of HR, supporting your growth and development. The team are keen to find an individual looking to progress their HR career journey, however a CIPD is not essential. More importantly, you must be a competent administrator, with excellent attention to detail and a common sense and practical approach to work.What You ll Be Doing: Act as first point of contact for all HR enquiries Increase HR visibility throughout the business by regular visits to the factory, building relationships with employees in all areas All HR administration relating to employee lifecycle Assist with recruitment and onboarding process Ensure that you stay updated on HR policies and procedures Co-ordinate employee training and development programs Participate in HR projects What We re Looking For: Excellent all round IT and administration skills, ideally within HR or a similar role Inquisitive, with a continuous improvement mindset Highly competent with systems - must be confident and able to pick up new systems quickly Proactive with the ability to work autonomously Ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential Benefits 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Employee assistance programme Cycle to work
