We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. You will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and socially in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning or behavioural needs

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans (EHCPs or IEPs)

• Support pupils in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and confidence

• Help to manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently

• Assist with daily classroom activities and general administrative support when required

• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere where every child can succeed

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs (in school or other settings)

• A calm, caring, and flexible approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent]
