TandK Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Swadlincote for a number of Factory Labourers to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. The role will be starting on a day shift and moving onto a rotating shift pattern once fully trained. Factory Labourer Job Details and Benefits; Rotating shifts Monday Thursday 6 30 and Fridays 6 00 (with Friday overtime mandatory when required) and an afternoon shift every 3rd week Monday Thursday 1pm-10:30pm. Starting hourly rate of £13.50 with the opportunity to rise to £16 with training sign off.
