The role involves managing global supply flows, inventory, logistics, and cost control, while ensuring effective communication with internal teams and key customers. It also includes overseeing the complaints process using RCCA methodology, developing demand and supply plans, and driving the internal SandOP process. Leadership responsibilities include managing direct reports, fostering talent development, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance performance and efficiency.
