Your new company You will be working for a housing association who manage over 50,000 homes across the south. This is a 6 month contract working across Slough, Ascot, Windsor, Stainesand surrounding areas.Your new role In this role, you''ll be responsible for carrying out:-Mould treatments,Conducting ventilation surveysCompleting make-good decoration work in their home''s. The customers are at the heart of everything they do, excellent customer service skills are essential.Your daily tasks will include completing scheduled work to a high standard within the allocated time, ensuring cost-effective delivery, and pre-ordering materials when needed-keeping the customer informed of progress at every step.You''ll be a key part of the team, working efficiently and effectively to maintain and improve the properties, always following best practices in building maintenance.They will provide you with your uniform, a van fitted with a van vault, racking and inverter, a fuel card, company tablet and mobile as well as the PPE . You''ll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools. You''ll be required to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving license is a must!What you''ll need to succeed You will be an experienced decorator who has worked on Damp and Mould properties.
