The ideal candidate will have strong experience in estimating, procurement, and post construction management, with the ability to oversee subcontractor engagement and contribute to efficient, profitable project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with estimating to set price codes and cost centresMeasure, record, and value work on projectsOversee contract management, including variations and final accountsEnsure value for money is achieved on all procurement and supplier contractsQualify and let contracts to a supplier network, including arranging PQQsSupport tendering and estimation processes, including assisting sales teams with tender responsesBuild and manage project cashflows and financial programmingMaintain accurate commercial documentation and reports Key Skills and Qualifications:Experience in commercial contract management, ideally within the structural timber or sub contractor construction industryStrong understanding of commercial tendering processes and proceduresCommitment to delivering best value commercial performanceExcellent communication skills with clients, potential clients, and colleaguesHigh proficiency in IT, including MS OfficeSelf-motivated and able to manage
