Will be required to handle a case load of matters pertaining to the Court of Protection, including the provision of advocacy before the court on those matters. To be on the rota for the Adults inbox to cover "in-hours" legal requests for advice. To attend meetings with the client and to provide advice where required. To provide legal guidance and briefing notes to managers on matters relating to Adult Social Care as and when required.

· Reporting procedure - Would report to Group Lawyer (Adults, Childrens and Education Team) - regular weekly catch up sessions and meeting as required.
