Location Chard area Job type Temp - Perm Working hours Monday to Friday, day shift Salary - £12.77 Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment used for cheese making, cutting, and packaging. Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients for cheese production according to specifications. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations. Follow health and safety guidelines, always ensuring safe working practices. Report any hazards or safety concerns. Maintain accurate records of production processes, including any issues encountered during production. Work effectively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Requirements Ability to focus on maintaining product quality and consistency. Ability to perform manual tasks, such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and handling production equipment. Capable of working effectively with others in a fast-paced environment. Competence in using production equipment and technology. Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues and identify potential areas of improvement in the production process
