Providing leadership and oversight for technical leads and developers in the team. Working with Stakeholders to ensure alignment between business and technical direction of the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding technical leadership for the design, development and innovation of the platform; drawing on previous expert experience working on similar platforms.Collaborating with developers, traders and quants to agree business requirement and function.Interpretation of business requirements and facilitation of ideation for technical solutions.Enforcing bank policy and standards in the development and deployment of the applications.Accountable for recruitment and development of new team members.Communicating delivery status and milestones to stakeholdersDeveloping relationships across the technology organisation to ensure alignment and co-deliver overall business workflows.RequirementsThe candidate should have the following skills and qualities:Experience leading the design and development of high-availability, distributed platforms in the Front Office Pricing domain.Experience managing and directing small teams of technical experts.Experience of providing technical expertise and guidance
