You will be overseeing a one and a two-bedroom home, with a small team already assigned.As a Dual Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the homes to ensure we deliver a high quality level of care, ensuring the homes actively promote the rights of young people as individuals and provides them with quality care in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organisation.You will also lead a team of care workers, in conjunction with relevant legislation and guidance to ensure that good outcomes are achieved for young people within the home to meet their physical, psychological, emotional and social development.If you are up for this incredible new opportunity then this is what we will need fro
