Support Worker - Supporting Young People with Special Educational Needs (SEN) -Secondary Schools in the area of Berkley, Gloucestershire.Do you have a passion for helping young people reach their full potential? Are you caring, patient, and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of students who need extra support?Tradewind Recruitment are looking for Support Workers to work with young people aged 11-16 in mainstream secondary schools across the Berkley area. This rewarding role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as ADHD and Autism, helping them with their day-to-day learning and wellbeing in school.As a Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure each young person feels understood, valued, and able to succeed. You''ll also provide supervision and guidance during break times and social activities, helping to create a positive and inclusive school experience. Key Information: Roles available immediately and ongoing throughout the academic year Working hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday (approx. 37 hours per week) Pay rate: 14.00 - 15.50 per hour, depending on experience Opportunities for long-term roles and permanent school contracts Drivers with access to a car are highly beneficial due to the rural location of some schools We are looking for people who: Have experience supporting young people aged 11-16, particularly those with SEN such as ADHD or Autism Have a caring, positive, and
