We aim to meet the needs and expectations of our users with digital products that enhance and streamline the organisational experience of being at LSE. A major project to achieve this is a new internal intranet-portal, creating a single, digital entry point for students and staff to access personalised internal communications, information, resources and tools while supporting a joined-up user experience with various back-end systems as far as possible. The Intranet-Portal Manager will contribute to the building of the product as part of a cross-functional project team, as the chosen technology solution is implemented over a 12 -month period. Post go-live, the Intranet-Portal Manager will own the product roadmap to implement new features and functionalities that enhance the student and staff experience, delivering iterative product improvement in collaboration with technical and non-technical teams across LSE. They will also have responsibility for day-to-day operations and ongoing user research with the LSE community, so that the product is a well-designed and delivered
