of food quality and presentation.Supervising and training kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Developing and executing innovative menus, incorporating seasonal and local

ingredients

.Overseeing food

preparations

, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency and excellence.Marinating

inventory and ordering supplies, ensuring cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and

maintaining

a clean and organised kitchen.Collaborating with other departments to ensure

seamless

service and guest satisfaction.To be successful in the role of

Senior Sous Chef

we require:2 AA Rosette location

experienceProven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurantCulinary degree or equivalent

proffessional

experienceStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent knowledge of culinary techniques and trendsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExceptional

organisational
