This is an excellent opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide specialist design services to the commercial, industrial, and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Architectural Technologist to join their team based in Preston

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Provide architectural design services and project management to a range of sectors
• Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit is advantageous
• Experience working on projects across the commercial sector
• Education and industrial sector experience would be beneficial
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK drivers license
• Live within a commutable distance to the Preston area
