An opportunity is available for a Teaching Assistant at a mainstream Primary School in Plumstead.

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience of supporting children who have SEND
• Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
• Calm and patient in your approach
• Hold an enhanced DBS, or be willing to apply for one
• Committed to upholding safeguarding policies and ensuring children are protected and safe at all times
• Available to start in November 2025

This role will see you working on a 1:1 basis with a child in Key Stage 2, who has additional needs. You will be supporting them with their learning, and ensuring they are able to access the curriculum.

You will be required to support them with activities and tasks laid out by the Class Teacher, but also be able to adapt and move with the needs of the child.

This role is offered on a full time basis, starting in November 2025, and continuing until at least the end of the current academic year.
