Position OverviewApollo is seeking an Associate to support Wealth Management coverage across France and Spain, within its Global Wealth Management Solutions (GWMS) team. GWMS is a vertically integrated sales channel within Apollo’s broader Client and Product Solutions (CPS) ecosystem designed to provide individuals and their advisors access to a growing range of wealth management solutions across yield, hybrid, equity, and retirement services that go beyond the public markets. The Associate will partner closely with the EMEA GWMS team to drive and execute regional sales in France and Iberia while also maintaining connectivity with counterparts across the US and APAC on joint initiatives.Primary Responsibilities:Partner closely with and support senior EMEA GWMS team members on capital raising efforts in the regionCollaborate with global product specialists and investor relations teams to coordinate information for LP requests and marketing materialsManage investor research and compile materials for roadshows, presentations, and pitchesKeep abreast of latest product performances updates, proactively providing aftersales for all products with a specific emphasis on evergreen productsLead operational support on product structuring, marketing/event requests, and updates to marketing materialsAttend research meetings and compile organized summary notes, clearly articulating all follow-ups and deadlinesOwn management of Salesforce/CRM activity and related data requestsProvide excellent and professional client service, always representing Apollo’s core valuesMeaningfully contributes to strategic dialogue and collaborates effectively with CPS colleagues, investment teams, and external partnersGrow into taking ownership of client accounts and building relationships across industry networksQualifications and ExperienceFrench and Spanish language fluency essential3+ years of relevant sales, marketing, or investor relations experience at either an alternative asset management firm, or investment bankUndergraduate degree from a top-tier universityStrong understanding of financial markets required; knowledge of private markets landscape (private credit, infrastructure, real estate, private equity) preferredTakes initiative and is accountable for driving processes to conclusionSuperior interpersonal skills; builds and maintains strong relationships/credibility with external clientsExcellent ability to multi-task with strong attention to detailEntrepreneurial, self-guided work ethic with results-driven orientationExcels in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment; effectively prioritizes and meets deadlinesAbout ApolloApollo is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager.
