The aim of the home is to accommodate children at the younger end of the spectrum, particularly those under the age of 12. Using our Pillars of Parenting model of care, we focus on each child''s individual strengths to help them grow, thrive, and achieve positive outcomes. With the support of Hampshire County Council''s trauma-informed therapeutic framework, we aim to reunite children with their families or prepare them for independent living. What you''ll do: As a Children''s Home Support Worker, you''ll be part of a dedicated team providing day-to-day care and emotional support to children living in the home.
