As Chef Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a busy school kitchen. You will lead a dedicated team, deliver a high-quality food offering, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and maintain strong relationships with the school and wider catering team.This is a rewarding role in an energetic environment where you can make a real difference to the school community by providing nutritious, well-balanced meals.Key Details:

Team: 6 FOH staff plus kitchen supportHours:

Monday to Friday, daytime hours

Contract:

Term-time only

(plus inset/training days as required)

What We''re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef, ideally within education or high-volume catering

Strong people management and organisational skills

A passion for delivering healthy, appealing food to a young audience

Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and compliance standards

Ability to manage stock, budgets, and kitchen administration effectively
