If you’re a hands-on cloud expert who thrives on designing robust, scalable AWS architectures—and you bring deep understanding of API and data-driven solutions—we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be DoingAs a Principal Software Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions. This is a strategic, hands-on role reporting into the Director of Product and Technology, with the opportunity to lead critical projects that drive real business impact.Architecture and Solution DesignLead the design and evolution of our AWS-based architecture for modern, API-first and data-centric applicationsArchitect microservices and RESTful APIs with scalability, performance, and security at the coreDefine robust data pipelines using services like AWS S3, Lambda, Redshift, Glue, Athena, and OpenSearchPartner with DevOps on CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation), and cloud automationEnsure adherence to cloud governance, security, and compliance best practices in AWS

Strategic and Business ImpactWork closely with product leadership and customers to deliver architecture that aligns with real-world needsChampion innovation by evaluating new tools and presenting cutting-edge solutionsMaintain a roadmap of strategic technology initiatives, and own technical documentation and delivery plans

Leadership and MentoringProvide technical leadership to engineering teams and mentor developers transitioning to cloud-native skillsSupport solution design and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycleManage and guide a Product Specialist on product packaging and delivery processes

QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring3+ years of experience in solution architecture with a deep focus on AWSStrong foundation in .NET development (C#) and transition into cloud-native engineeringProven expertise with AWS services like EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, S3, Glue, and AthenaSolid grasp of serverless design patterns, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservicesBackground in secure API development and identity protocols like OAuth, JWT, and OpenID ConnectExperience in big data, streaming (Kinesis), and data lake architecturesStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsBonus: AWS Solutions Architect certification, experience with CI/CD tools like Bamboo and Octopus Deploy
