This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and knowledgeable, ready to lead a team and ensure high standards of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.Day to day of the role

Direct and oversee work on varied portfolios of clients through a team of supervisors, seniors, and trainees.Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.Plan and allocate client work with technical competency, matching team members to clients appropriately to aid their progression.Assist in implementing departmental strategies, new initiatives, and sharing technical knowledge across the team.Take an active role in the development and progression of the team and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.Required Skills and Qualifications
