The business is a long standing East Anglian main contractor with a proven track record in the local area. The business works across the Higher Education, Industrial and Healthcare sectors.The successful candidate will be joining the business to work on two projects valued at c 7m each.Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing daily commercial management functions across 2 projects, including but not limited to; measurement and valuations, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub-contract orders and enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts .
