I am currently working with a legal services client on an exciting Head of Finance and Practice Management Systems. This is a Permanent role that requires 3 days a week in their London offices.To be considered for this role, you must have:Proven experience supporting finance and practice management systems in a professional services or legal environment.Deep understanding of practice management platforms (e.g. Aderant Expert), financial operations, and legal billing processes.Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills. Able to influence senior stakeholders.Experience with large-scale system upgrades, cloud transitions, and cross-functional programme delivery working in an Agile delivery environment.Excellent communication skills.
