Technical Support Advisor

There are two brand new roles available, offering a competitive salary, hybrid working (Cardiff office for 3 days per month), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays, and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% thereafter.Salary:

This role requires delivering exceptional customer service to Which? Tech Members via voice (calls and callbacks) and email, ensuring an outstanding customer experience every time.Key responsibilities include:
Living the Which? values: caring, rigorous, brave, making it happen, and connected.Providing excellent customer service to all member inquiries.Achieving personal and team targets.Collaborating effectively with the Member Service Centre and Tech support teams.Developing knowledge of Which? products, services, and the tech market.Sharing best practices and maintaining high technical and product knowledge.Technical experience across various devices.Excellent computer skills.Experience in a busy customer service environment.Strong communication skills, confident in explaining complex ideas.Interview process
