We are looking for a Head Chef and we are working with a leading Contract Catering company for Private Education site in Kent, this is a large operation and you will have the support of an Exec Chef and another Head Chef as you split the running of different outlets.

This role is working 5/7 days and some weekends and early evenings will be required so you will need to be flexible with your working pattern.

The Head Chef and work in a large kitchen team under an Exec and be supported by Sous Chefs and CDP''s as well as apprentices in the kitchen so you will need good management skills and communication skills. You will lead 3 food outlets.

The kitchen will cater for each day for both students and staff, there will also be hospitality events and functions as required. The Head Chef will need experience in cooking for large numbers on a daily basis. An Education or Contract Catering background would also be well suited to this role.
