Mellors Care are delighted to be supported our client, a succesful supported living provider, in their search for a commisisoning registered manager for their brand new service in Wellingborough. The service is comprised of 20 self contained flats, and offers independent living for service users with acquired brain injuries and complex mental health conditions. The role will involve supporting the provider to increase occupancy by working closely with the Local Authority, and promoting the service within the community. Other responsibilities will include: Managing a team of specialist support workers and ensuring they have access to training and development opportunities Quality and compliance audits Working closely with service users and family memebrs to ensure that a personalised service is given to each Managing the staff rota to ensure the service is always safely staffed Completing off-site assesments Monitoring weekly, monthly and quartlerly budgets The succesful candidate will have experience in a managerial position within health and social care and hold their NVQ level 5 in HSC leadership and management.
