Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Panel Wirer to take a key role within the electrical assembly team.This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Panel Wirer who wants to remain hands-on while also stepping into a leadership capacity overseeing work quality, supporting junior team members, and contributing to continuous improvement across the production floor.As a Senior Panel Wirer, you will lead by example on the shop floor, taking responsibility for the assembly, wiring, and testing of complex electrical control panels. You''ll provide day-to-day guidance to the panel wiring team, ensure best practice is followed, and act as a key point of contact between production, engineering, and supervisory staff.Key Responsibilities Build, assemble, and wire complex electrical control panels to a high standard.Interpret and verify electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.Perform advanced crimping, soldering, termination, and component integration.Carry out electrical testing, inspection, fault-finding, and root-cause analysis.Ensure all builds meet strict safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.Provide day-to-day supervision and mentoring to junior panel wirers.Support production supervisors with workload planning and task allocation.Lead by example in maintaining high standards of workmanship
