Your Role:

• Maintain and update health & safety documentation, risk assessments, and incident reports.
• Conduct workplace inspections, toolbox talks, and H&S inductions.
• Deliver training on manual handling, machinery safety, and risk awareness.
• Oversee compliance with UK H&S legislation (HASAWA, COSHH, PUWER, RIDDOR, LOLER).
• Champion a proactive safety culture across all levels of the business.

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a health & safety role within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Recognised H&S qualification (IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and practical application.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence positive safety practices.
• Organised, proactive, and confident working independently.
