This is a fast paced hands on role within a collaborative finance team, playing a key part in ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time. What You''ll Do:Jointly manage and monitor the receipt of incoming supplier invoicesMatch supplier invoices to corresponding bookingsApply accurate coding to invoicesProcess invoices using the accounting systemHandle supplier payments in a timely and accurate mannerRaise queries and respond to queries from suppliersWork closely with colleagues and the management team in a dynamic environmentWhat We''re Looking For:To succeed in this role you will ideally have:Previous experience working with a Purchase Ledger essentialA high level of attention to detail even during busy periodsThe ability to thrive in a fast paced and fluid working environmentExperience using MS Excel and OutlookStrong numeracy skillsGood interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and suppliersAn understanding of basic accounting principlesThe ability to hit the ground running or pick things up quickly due to the temporary nature of the roleBy registering with Office Angels, you''ll benefit from the support of a dedicated and expe
