We are seeking a highly motivated Support Worker to join our small, friendly team in the beautiful conservation area of Stanwix, Carlisle. You will be based at one of our 24-hour supported living services, where you will provide care and support for 7 adults, each living in a fully furnished one-bedroom flat. Our project is conveniently located with easy access via public transport. The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook and enthusiasm, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals to participate in a range of activities. You should also be aware of the challenges that the people we support face on a daily basis, and have an understanding of how care is delivered in a Supported Living setting. A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
