This role sits within the Group Financial Reporting and Controls function and plays a pivotal part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across multiple legal entities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple business units.Ensure compliance withUS GAAP, IFRS, and internal group policies.Manage the statutory accounts preparation and audit process for UK and ROI entities.Act as a key liaison between retained finance and offshore transactional teams.Drive improvements in financial controls and champion SOX compliance.Provide technical accounting support and deputise for the Head of Group Reporting.Collaborate with senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and external auditors.Key RequirementsQualified Accountant(ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge.Proven experience in a large, m
