Job Description:We are seeking a confident Sales Caller to join our motivated team in response to the rising demand for flat share rentals and affordable living in the UK. This role offers the opportunity to work for one of the UK’s premier and fastest-growing flat share agencies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Calling estate agents and homeowners across the UK to promote our rental and management services.

Organising viewing appointments for our sales team.

Following up on leads to schedule viewings.

This position is remote, allowing you to work from your preferred location to achieve optimal results.

Candidate Qualities:

Basic knowledge of the UK property market.

Excellent English communication skills.

Good phone manners and professional demeanor.

Motivated by commission earning potential.

Willingness to learn new skills.

Calm, professional, and organized.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Package:

£500 basic salary per month.

£50 for each appointment booked.

Target: 35 viewings per month.

OTE: £27,000 per annum.
