We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader ideally with an NVQ in Carpentry or Plumbing, with extensive Multi trade experience to join our team on a permanent basis, for mainly reactive works across multiple properties, consisting of social housing, letting agents, Local authority, void and unoccupied properties. You will be the go to emergency call out Multi trades operative on reactive works to cover ideally live in Gloucester areas and to cover areas of  Gloucester, Wiltshire, Bristol, Weston Supermare and other areas required for the business. 60 miles radius of where you live.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks, including Painting and decorating, replacing door handles and fixings, Plumbing, some roofing experience like replacing felts, or reparis to a roof, Plastering and carpentry and other multi trade skills.
• Drive to job sites as required on emergency sites, maintaining a valid driving license.
• Van, Fuel card, Pension, 28 days holidays including bank holidays and Insurance included.
• Permanent position with a forward thinking company.

Requirements:

Proven multi-trade experience in occupied and unoccupied domestic properties.

Clean DBS
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Social housing / local authority experience
Full UK driving licence

Must have own set of tools.

NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or carpentry ideally

• Monday to Friday
• Hours - 8am -4.30pm
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.

• Social housing / local authority: 4 years (preferred)
• Plumbing: 5 years (required)
• Multi-trade: 4 years (preferred)
