Finance Assistant

I am working exclusively with my client to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their growing team The role will be varied and challenging, and no two days will be the same. What will you do? • To be responsible for payment of all supplier invoices • Processing of Accounts Payable invoices. • To pro actively support work with other members of the finance team ensuring key timescales are met and work is delivered accurately. • Support with the production of relevant reports. • Conduct daily accounts processes, raising monthly sales invoices and assisting with the production of monthly management accounts. • Ledger reconciliations across various systems including Xero • Other Adhoc finance duties. What we are looking for? • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills. • Highly enthusiastic and looking to develop and progress in the role. • Good communication skills. • Flexible with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. • Good time management and organisation skills. • Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload to strict deadlines. • IT literate, with particularly competence in spreadsheets/Excel (advanced) and finance systems including Xero • Strong interpersonal skills.
