Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, engaging plumbing lessons (both theory and practical) Plan and prepare schemes of work and lesson materials Integrate inclusive teaching methods and appropriate resources Assess learners'' progress through formative and summative methods Support learners via progress reviews and individual development plans Stay updated on curriculum and industry developments Requirements A Level 3 qualification in Plumbing (or equivalent) is essential Experience in the plumbing trade or teaching/training Strong communication and classroom management skills A teaching qualification is not required full training and support available for Trainee Lecturer. A teaching qualification or professional recognition in learning and skills is not essential, however we do ask that you are willing to work towards this.
