Are you an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity with a highly regarded firm? We are recruiting for a well-established legal practice that is seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join their team.
Day to day of the Conveyancing Legal Secretary:
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents, letters, and form
- Handling telephone calls professionally and efficiently
- Managing administrative tasks such as photocopying and updating client records
- Maintaining and organising legal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Scheduling appointments and liaising with clients
- Using the firm''s case management system for data input and document management
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide seamless secretarial and telephone cover
Requirements for the Conveyancing Legal Secretary:
- Proven experience in the same role for at least 1 year.
- Experience from sale to completion cases.
- Strong technical skills, including fast and accurate typing
- The ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and legal case management systems
