A client of ours are looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor to assist the Site Manager with the electrical works on a 400kV substation project. This includes interfacing with and monitoring any subcontractors whilst feeding back the necessary information to the Site Manager.Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance to CDM regulations on site. - Ensure all setting to work procedures are followed - Ensure works are delivered to a programme whilst maintaining the highest standards of health and safety - Produce reports and provide information in a timely manner - To provide sufficient and timely supervision and guidance to ensure staff and sub-contractors are performing to agreed production levels - To maintain own levels of skill and knowledge to do the job effectively - To perform other duties as directed by your line manager or management team - To comply with the relevant Company HSQE and welfare policy provisions - To support clients and ensure all agreed KPIs are met or exceeded - Promote best practice, capture best practice and ensure it is fed-back into the business. - Lead by example in health, safety, quality and environmental management. - Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project and assist with the generation of as built drawings - Assist with the implementation of Safe Systems of Work including issuing Permits to Dig - Set others to work and monitor throughout the task / project Minimum Requirements:- Full UK driving licence - National Gr
