Will own and develop IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). The role will focus on enabling strategic Financial Planning and Performance reporting. Will lead the design, development and continuous improvement of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). Role: Partner with Finance, FPandA and Commercial teams - understand planning, budgeting and forecasting needs. TM1 - Hands-on technical skills - combined with commercial acumen and ability to communicate all levels across the business. Develop, enhance and maintain TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics - models, cubes, dimensions and hierarchies. Build and Optimise TI Processes and TM1 Rules - automate data loads, calculations and business logic. Own Technical Development across TM1 - ensuring high performance, scalability and best-practice model design. Integrate TM1 with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and other data sources - ensure accurate, consistent data flow.
