Debit Controller
(this position is also known as
Rent Accounts Officer ) who must have experience of creating and maintaining rent accounts for residential properties.Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the accounts receivable processes.Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts and maintain accurate financial records.Foster positive relationships with clients.Analyse payment patterns and manage accounts.Collaborate with various departments to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Excel to participate in the annual rent increase.Experience operating in NEC (Northgate).Additional information
