We are looking for someone with the experience of business partnering with senior stake holders and report in to the Head of FPandA. You will drive business performance via financial insight and commercial acumen.This is a innovative organisation that designs and manufactures a wide range of products for international high growth markets. They offer hybrid working.As Finance Business Partner your responsibilites will include:Partnering with senior leaders to provide financial insight, decision making support and strategic challengeOwn the weekly revenue reporting processOwning the weekly and monthly commercial reporting and KPI analysisLead the improvement of financial reporting for gross margin and system improvements for this (standard cost setting)Identifying opportunities to drive growth through commercial performance, improved efficiency and cost optimisationSupport the annual strategic plan, budget and quarterly forecastsSupporting investment decisions through business case development and tracking return on investmentSupport the development of financial systemsLead and support ad hoc projectsWe are looking for a qualified finance professional with previous experience of a similar business partnering role.
