Welder Fabricator (Afternoon Shift) Location: Coalville Pay Rate: £16.60 / Plus shift Allowance + Overtime Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2.15pm - 12.30am (38.75 hours per week) Hunters 4 Staff is seeking an experienced and proficient Welder Fabricator to join our Dynamic Client. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about welding and fabrication. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding with precision and efficiency. Operate and maintain welding equipment. Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets. Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIG welding. At least 3 years of fabrication experience. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience with press brake machines and plasma cutting machines is desirable but not essential. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
