You''ll work closely with experienced staff, gaining hands-on training while helping pupils build trust, regulate emotions, and engage in learning.Your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 and small group support Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement Assisting with learning, development, and wellbeing Supporting students with personal care needs where required, in a respectful and dignified man
