Customer Service Manager - Telco/Utilities

My leading Telco client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead their outsourced customer service operation. This is a high profile leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery across three core workstreams: Customer Support, Customer Retention, and Customer Onboarding. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a growing and forward thinking business. The following skills/experience is essential: Experience managing large-scale customer service operations Previously managed BPO or offshore teams Previously worked for a Telco, Utilities company, or in Digital services.
