We are currently working with a London Borough Council who are actively seeking a motivated Junior Property Solicitor to provide support on a wide range of property matters. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of residential and general property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions, right to buy, and title issues.Draft and negotiate complex legal documents and provide clear, solution-focused legal advice to internal clients and senior stakeholders.Advise on legal implications for Council reports and attend committees or member briefings as required.Collaborate with other in-house legal specialists and instruct external solicitors or counsel when needed. Key RequirementsQualified Solicitor with 1-3 years'' PQE in property law.Ability to manage multiple matters under pressure with attention to detail.Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.Experience within a local authority legal department.
